Ol Donyo Wuas has Standard Suites (Asali & Mpya Suites which do not have pools) & a number of Pool & Family Suites which are under one roof, but with separate bedrooms that allow for safety and privacy. All Pool & Family Suites have their own private swimming pool with views across the wildlife plains toward Mount Kilimanjaro

Daily scheduled "air-taxi" flights between Wilson Airport in Nairobi & Ol Donyo Wuas. Flights depart Wilson Airport in Nairobi at 07h30 in the morning, arriving Ol Donyo Wuas at 08h20. Air taxi departs Ol Donyo Wuas at 08h30 & arrives back at Wilson Airport in Nairobi at 09h40 (in time to connect onto the Masai Mara). The aircraft used is 12 seater Cessna Caravan & the flying time is approximately an hour. Safarlink rates are purely indicative at the moment as they have not been confirmed at this stage from Safarilink. Please confirm the correct 2010 rate for the air transfers at the time of booking

PLEASE NOTE
Ol Donyo Wuas Lodge was completely rebuilt and redesigned in 2008. It was reopened on July 6, 2008. Part of the new vision included a focus on families, groups of friends and multi-generation groups. There are now a number of villas and suites that are ideal for these types of parties. And for individuals and couples, private suites or villas are, of course, available.
Rates are fully inclusive of accommodation, meals, scheduled game activities, guided bush walks, bush breakfasts, guided mountain biking, half-day horseback safaris, Maasai cultural visits (excluding money paid directly to Maasai), laundry, return airstrip transfers and all beverages (excluding champagnes and imported premium drinks).
Children (maximum of two) sharing with parents in same suite pay 50% of the adult double occupancy rate.
Our Family & Friends “long-stay” package is based on a two couples or a family sharing a two-bedroom villa for a minimum of five nights. There is a maximum of two adults or three children per suite.

LATE DEPARTURE SURCHARGE
Room check out 10:00am.
For guests arriving in the morning and departing in the afternoon, surcharge 25% of the per person per night rate
For guests departing in the afternoon, room check out is still 10:00 a.m., and a surcharge applies for meals and activities until afternoon departure.
Late departures MUST be pre-booked, and are subject to availability of vehicles / services to cater for this.
PAYMENT TERMS
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit of the quoted reservation cost
Balance payable in full 45 days prior to arrival date
CANCELLATION
From whenever to 45 days - 20% deposit forfeited
45 days to 30 days - 30% forfeited
less than 30 days - 100% forfeited
