LATE DEPARTURE SURCHARGE
Room check out 10:00am.
For guests arriving in the morning and departing in the afternoon, surcharge 25% of the per person per night rate
For guests departing in the afternoon, room check out is still 10:00 a.m., and a surcharge applies for meals and activities until afternoon departure.
Late departures MUST be pre-booked, and are subject to availability of vehicles / services to cater for this.

PAYMENT TERMS
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit of the quoted reservation cost

Balance payable in full 45 days prior to arrival date

CANCELLATION
From whenever to 45 days - 20% deposit forfeited
45 days to 30 days - 30% forfeited
less than 30 days - 100% forfeited
